Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern your use of adsori.com and services provided by Adsori ("Adsori," "we," "us"), based in Morton, Illinois. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.
Adsori provides local digital marketing services — primarily local SEO, Google Business Profile and reputation management, websites, and (as an optional add-on) paid-ads management. The specific scope of any engagement is what we agree to in your proposal or service agreement.
The only performance promise we make is the written guarantee published on our pricing page: a working foundation within 14 days, and measurable Google Map Pack movement on agreed keywords within 90 days, under the conditions stated there. We do not guarantee a specific number of phone calls, leads, revenue, or sales — no honest provider can. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your responsiveness, and changes by Google and other platforms.
To do the work, we need timely access and approvals — for example, access to your Google Business Profile and website, and quick turnaround on content and review requests. The guarantee runs on the conditions listed on the pricing page. Delays on your end can affect timelines and the guarantee.
Pricing is published on the site and confirmed in your agreement. Engagements are month-to-month unless stated otherwise. Ad spend, where applicable, is paid directly to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta) and is not marked up by Adsori. Fees are due as described in your agreement.
You own the assets we build for you — your website, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts, and your reviews. If you leave, you take them with you.
We will only publish your name, results, or a testimonial with your permission. Any performance figures we publish trace to a real, measured engagement.
The content, design, and branding on this site are owned by Adsori. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Free tools and guides on the site are provided as-is to help you, without warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adsori is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Illinois.
We may update these terms as the business changes. We'll update the date above when we do.
