Where J&J Affordable Storage started.

J&J Affordable Storage runs the same Local Lead Engine that was proven on Best Made Signs. A small, well-run self-storage facility with fair prices and units that stayed full enough… as long as people knew it existed.

Self-storage marketing is feast-or-famine by nature. Nobody thinks about a storage unit until the day they suddenly need one — a move, a downsize, a garage that finally overflows. And when that day comes, they don't tour facilities. They search “storage units near me” and call whoever shows up. If you're not there, you don't lose the lead — you never even see it.

J&J's discovery, meanwhile, was drive-bys and word of mouth. That fills units on a busy road, slowly. It does nothing for the renter across town whose search you never appeared in.

Why the phone wasn't ringing.

Discovery by drive-by

If you didn't pass the facility on the road, you had no way to find it. The customer base was capped at the traffic driving past.
